Which coins and networks can I use?
Bitcoin — over Lightning (instant, near-zero fees) or on-chain — plus USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), Tron (TRC-20) and Solana, Solana (SOL), Tron (TRX), BNB and XRP. You pick the coin on the payment step; the invoice or address and the exact amount shown are valid for that coin and network only.
Which account gets the plan?
The B99 Mining account with the e-mail you enter at checkout — we check it before payment. No account yet? Install the app, sign up with your e-mail, then come back.
How long until my plan is active?
Usually within minutes after the network confirms your payment. The page updates by itself and a confirmation e-mail follows. Paid but nothing after 60 minutes? Write to support@b99tech.com with your order number.
What if less than the full amount arrives?
The order shows a partial payment and the amount still missing — send the rest to the same address. If the rate lock has already ended, choose the coin again to get a fresh amount and address. Sent a different coin or network? Contact support with your order number.
Do I need a memo or tag?
Only when the network asks for one. If a memo or destination tag is required, it is shown next to the address and must be included in the transfer — without it the payment cannot be matched to your order.
Is there a minimum order?
Not for Bitcoin: every plan, including the $5.06 starter, can be paid over Lightning or on-chain. USDT, Solana, Tron, BNB and XRP orders start at $10 (the payment provider's rule). Prices are the same as in the app — the difference is the crypto bonus: 70% extra hash power for the whole term, credited at activation.
