End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you", "user") and B99 Technologies Ltd ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the B99: Bitcoin Mining APP, including any related services, software, and content (together, the "App" or "Software").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

If you use the App on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this EULA.

0. Definitions and Scope

This EULA governs the license and use of the Software. "Software" includes any updates, patches, and modifications we provide. "Services" refers to features accessible through the App (for example, rewards mechanics, plans, ads, and support), which are further governed by our Terms of Use.

Important: This EULA is not a sale of the Software. It grants a limited license, not ownership.

1. Relationship to Other Terms

This EULA governs your license to use the Software. Your use of the App and any features provided through it is also subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If there is a conflict, the Terms of Use will prevail with respect to the operation of the App and services, and this EULA will prevail with respect to the Software license, intellectual property, and related restrictions.

2. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you can legally enter into this EULA in your country. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age required to consent to these terms where you live, you must not use the App.

3. License Grant

Subject to your ongoing compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

• Download and install the App on a device you own or control; and

• Use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA and the Terms of Use.

No other rights are granted, whether expressly or by implication. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Rewards Experience

The App is a cloud-based Bitcoin mining simulation remote management utility featuring a real-time dashboard to monitor Hash Power and reward progress. The App uses a software-based (virtualized) reward system.

All "mining", "hashrate", "plans", "boosts", "multipliers", and reward calculations in the App are virtual, software-based mechanisms used to calculate and display in-app rewards according to our internal rules.

These internal values and mechanisms do not mean that you:

• Own or receive rights to physical mining equipment;

• Receive real-world hashrate allocated to you personally;

• Participate in a mining pool in your name; or

• Receive any guaranteed returns or profits.

Rewards are in-app values used for simulation and participation tracking under our internal rules. Rewards have no guaranteed value and are not a promise of profit or return.

5. Account, Security, and Verification

Some features may require that you add a login method and verify your email. In rare cases, we may require additional account verification to prevent fraud, investigate security issues, protect account integrity, or comply with applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the App only:

• In compliance with this EULA, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and applicable laws and regulations; and

• For personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Restrictions

You must not, and must not allow any third party to:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise change the whole or any part of the App;

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise exploit the App for commercial purposes;

• Bypass or attempt to bypass usage limits, anti-abuse controls, security features, or technical protections;

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes;

• Use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, or other non-human methods to access or interact with the App;

• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, networks, or security-related features;

• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party services (for example, app stores, ad networks, analytics providers, or support channels). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, policies, security, or actions.

9. Payments and Virtual Items

If you make in-app purchases, those purchases are processed by the applicable app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store's billing rules.

Any plans, boosts, entitlements, or other in-app items are digital features for use within the App. They have no guaranteed value and are not a promise of profit or return. Refunds (if any) are governed by the app store's policies and applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content (including software, code, graphics, trademarks, logos, and text) are owned by B99 Technologies Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by B99 Technologies Ltd and its licensors.

11. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, or improvements regarding the App ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into the App and our services without compensation to you.

12. Updates and Availability

We may provide updates, bug fixes, or modifications ("Updates"). Some Updates may be installed automatically. This EULA applies to all Updates unless a different license is provided with a specific Update.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including reward rules, plan options, and promotions. The App may not be available in all regions.

13. App Store Terms

13.1 Apple

If you are using the App on an Apple device, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and B99 Technologies Ltd, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App. Apple (and Apple's subsidiaries) are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.

13.2 Google Play

If you download the App from Google Play, you acknowledge that Google may be a third-party beneficiary of this EULA to the extent required by Google Play policies.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that we can process information as described there.

15. Export Controls

You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer the App except as authorized by applicable law. You represent that you are not located in a country or region where such use is prohibited, and that you are not subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions.

16. No Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

We do not warrant that the App or any rewards or features will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or will produce any particular amount of rewards or any financial result.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL B99 TECHNOLOGIES LTD OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: the amount you have paid to us (if any) for in-app purchases during the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or GBP 50.

18. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless B99 Technologies Ltd from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your breach of this EULA, or your violation of law or the rights of a third party.

19. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first install or use the App and continues until terminated.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach this EULA or the Terms of Use, if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if we decide to discontinue the App.

You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing all use.

20. Governing Law

This EULA and any dispute arising out of or related to it will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

21. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: This EULA, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement regarding the App.

• Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

• Assignment: You may not assign this EULA without our consent. We may assign it to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

• Language: If there is any conflict between translations, the English version will control.
