By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by the Company in connection with the App, including when you: (a) install or use our mobile application, (b) create an account, or (c) contact support.
This Policy does not apply to third-party sites, services, wallets, exchanges, app stores, advertising partners, or billing providers that process data under their own policies.

• Additional Account Verification: In limited cases for fraud prevention, security investigations, or legal compliance, we may ask for additional information such as full name, date of birth, country of residence, and/or government-issued documents.

2.4 In-App Purchases and Billing
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive transaction metadata but not your full payment card details.
2.5 Information We Generate or Derive
We may create or derive information such as risk and fraud signals, aggregated usage statistics, hash power calculations, and reward/entitlement states.
3. How We Use Your Information
• To Provide and Operate the App: Including setting up and maintaining your account, providing App features, running our cloud-based hash power monitoring system, calculating in-app rewards, and managing referrals.
• To Improve and Optimize the App: Analyzing usage and performance, troubleshooting issues, and developing new features.
• To Show Ads and Measure Their Performance: Including rewarded ads that grant in-app rewards.

We are based in the United Kingdom, and our primary database infrastructure (Supabase) is located in the European Union. Your information may be transferred to countries outside your own. 14. Virtual Mining / Rewards
The B99: Bitcoin Mining APP provides a cloud-based remote management utility featuring a real-time dashboard to monitor Hash Power and reward progress. The App uses a software-based (virtualized) reward system.
Terms such as "mining", "hash power", "contracts", "plans", "rewards", "boosts", and "multipliers" describe in-app mechanics used solely to calculate and display rewards. They do not represent ownership of physical mining hardware or real-world hashrate.
15. Automated Decision-Making
We may use automated systems to detect fraud, abuse, or policy violations. If you believe an automated decision has been made in error, contact support@b99mining.com for manual review.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and notify you via the App, email, or other appropriate means where required.
